The Reconnection Challenge: Week Two
Last week was about gentle introduction. You showed up. You explored. You began the quiet work of turning your attention inward, perhaps for the first time in a long time. You started to rebuild a sense of safety within yourself.
This week, we build upon that foundation. We move from observation to exploration. From creating a quiet space to discovering who truly lives there.
This week is a deeper exploration of who you are, starting with the very core of your being: your Core Values.
Your values are not a list of adjectives you think you should aspire to. They are the fundamental beliefs that act as your internal compass, guiding your decisions, your relationships, and your sense of what matters. For the ADHD mind, so often pulled in a hundred different directions by external demands and internal impulses, knowing your core values is like being handed a map back to yourself.
We will gently look at how these values are already apparent in your life, shining through in the choices that feel most authentic to you. And with the same compassion, we will look at where they might be missing, which is often the source of that deep, nagging feeling that something is off.
This work is extremely important. Defining your core values does more than just help you understand who you are and where you want to go; it makes it startlingly clear where you might need to make changes, however hard. It turns a vague sense of unease into a clear signpost, pointing toward the alignment you crave.
This is how we move from feeling scattered to living with intention. This is how we edit our lives to match our truth.
Your task this week is not to have all the answers, but to ask the most important question: What truly matters to me?
