The Reconnection Challenge: Week Three

Last week, you embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery. You met your core values - your inner compass. You identified where they already shine in your life and, with courageous compassion, you noticed where they feel distant. You began to map the landscape of your inner world.

This week, we move from exploration to integration.

This is where insight becomes embodiment. Where the map you drew becomes the path you walk.

We will weave your core values into the fabric of your daily life through simple, mindful practices. We will learn to honour your energy, listen to your emotions, thank your protective parts, and check in with your inner compass—all through small, sustainable rituals.

This is not about adding more to your plate. It is about infusing what is already there with purpose and presence.

For the ADHD mind, which often struggles to bridge the gap between knowing and doing, this week provides the gentle bridge. It is how we turn self-awareness into self-trust, and intention into a lived experience.

This is how we move from knowing what matters to living what matters.

Your task this week is not to perfect anything. It is to practice. To try. To gently fold these threads of awareness into your day and see how they change the texture of your life.

This is how we make reconnection a practice, not just a concept.
